Our short, concise lessons will teach you exactly what you need to know, provided example stories, and even exercises so that you can effectively start using these tips in your daily life!
How it Works
Attraction Lab is a cumulative, concise resource for dating tips and strategies. Our online portal conveniently enables you to access your lessons from anywhere, making it easy to view, review, learn, and retain these valuable lessons. Also, our courses have been specifically developed for quick comprehension, with exercises and quizzes to aid in integrating these principles into your dating life. Each lesson is a small, digestible piece of content with accompanying quizzes, stories, and exercises.
Why do we “drip” the content out to you?
We know that practice and follow-through are critical to success, so our lessons will gradually unlock over time.
Have you ever read a book that was full of insightful tips you wanted to integrate into your life? You probably got so excited about the valuable information that you couldn’t put the book down until you finished it- and by the end, you could only actually remember four to five takeaways? And a few months later, you had only implemented one or two principles from the book?
Our solution to this common problem is allowing you time between each lesson to fully experience and integrate the concept into your daily life, before giving you any more to think about. These bite-size chunks will allow for slow, steady, maintainable progress and growth.

If you don’t struggle in any of these areas, that’s good! But… it is hard to see your own blind spots- and everyone has room for improvement. Also, while not all of the information if our programs may be new to you, much of it is presented from a new perspective and we will clear up many common misconceptions men have about women and dating. Is this like the Pick-Up Artist (PUA) community?
About ten years ago, an entire industry was created around the science and art of picking up women, and the PUA community was born. You can now find information all over the Internet about how to pick up women. Beware: Some of the information they will give you only works for insecure women, and many sites attempt to teach men how to achieve one-night stands. Many of these PUA sites encourage men to put women down and play off their insecurities. We do not encourage this at Attraction Lab.
Our Attraction Lab Men’s Attraction Program will also help you approach women and get their contact information because this is a necessary part of the dating process, but our program is for men who are looking for a serious relationship and want to attract a woman in an honest, sincere way. Attraction Lab does not encourage lying, cheating, or playing games with women. We do not support putting people down or manipulating them. Attraction Lab will help you discover how to unleash your natural masculinity and will teach you practical dating strategies that are all based on good intention and science.
