This policy explains what information Attraction Lab ("we", "us") collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you give it.
- Purchases: what you bought, the price, and the date. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your progress: which lessons you finished, your exercise and worksheet answers, and questions you send. Exercise answers and questions are private.
- Community posts: anything you post in a lesson discussion, with the display name you choose. Other members can see these.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, like device type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address, used for security and keeping the site running.
How we use it
- To give you access to your programs and save your progress.
- To send login links, receipts, and a short email when a new module opens. You can turn off module emails from any of them.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages help people.
We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site, and only what they need:
- Stripe (payments)
- Cloudflare (hosting, security, video, and audio delivery)
- Resend (sending email)
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
- Necessary: a login cookie so you stay signed in, a cookie that remembers a discount link for 7 days, and a short-lived cookie during checkout. The site can't work without these.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while you have access to a program, and for a reasonable time after so you can come back. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your information, or tell us to stop using it for something. Email hello@attractionlab.academy from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you have these rights by law, and you won't be treated differently for using them.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, passwordless sign-in with one-time links that expire, and payment handling by Stripe. No system is perfect, so please tell us right away if you notice anything wrong.
Age
This site is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.
